Another exSPIDing week of news.
Despite Avengers: Age of Ultron dominating everything in the pop culture universe right now, Ryan and I still managed to find all kinds of geek news to bring you guys this week. After deciding that we will never get this show under 15 minutes, we throw 25 minutes of greatness at you guys that includes, but not limited to, me creating an exSPIDing new word (trademark pending), news about Star Wars, the 22/21 Jump St universe, Spider-Man, Avatar, NASA’s warp drive, 50 Shades of Grey, Dragonball Z, the NFL Draft, Apple, billionaires, Joker, the end of Bryan Singer’s X-Men, of course Avengers, and much much more. So join us for another fun filled week of news and two geek dads just having fun.
As always we want to hear from you guys. Let us know what you think, and if you want us to cover a topic feel free to tell us in the comments below.
This Week’s Recommendations:
Ryan: He didn’t really end up having a recommendation this week, instead he just kind of melted down into a rant about Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and it’s inability to make Mickey and gang think their way out of a problem. Damn you Toodles for always bailing them out.
Brian: I recommend staying away from the dreadful comic event series, DC’s Blackest Night. It never made much sense, was hard to follow, and even worse it was boring. If you want a much better Green Lantern story instead check out Green Lantern: Rebirth.
Or just go see Avengers: Age of Ultron, Ryan and I both agree that might be your best bet. Also check out our video review of it here (Shameless plug #3).
